This mountain range, born out of the sea, is listed as a Unesco World Heritage site since 2009. It is one of the most popular areas for landscape photographers because of the bold and dramatic looking mountains. The autumn Season turns this area into a scene out of a fairy tail thanks to the yellow and orange colored larches.
it was during the mid winter of 2012 when Max Rive first visited this area during a 3 week hiking and back-country ski trip.
